The staff was helpful, even with our late check-in. The beds were made every day and there were personal lockers in the dormitory, the safety of our belongings. The hostel had a cozy living room where we could relax and watch movies from their DVD collection. The breakfast provided was simple yet satisfying, with a variety of options such as yogurt, cereals, juices, coffee.
Nothing I didn't like to be fair.

However, the location was convenient, being close to the train station and within walking distance to town for dining options. The rooms were well-decorated and cleaned regularly, creating a pleasant atmosphere. Additionally, the staff provided helpful recommendations for parking and local attractions.
The private room was unbearably hot and humid, making it impossible to sleep comfortably. The lack of hot water in the shower was also disappointing.

I had an amazing stay at a charming hostel in the heart of Sintra. The staff were really nice too assist me with everything I needed. The room was spacious and the bed was comfortable. The location was perfect, just a short walk away from all the main attractions. I also enjoyed the diverse and tasty breakfast. I would highly recommend this hostel for a nice stay in the area.

The location was fantastic, just a short walk from the train station and close to Quinta de Regaleira. The staff was friendly and helpful, providing us with excellent recommendations for local lunch places. It was also convenient that they were fluent in English and assisted us with any issues or questions we had. We enjoyed having access to all the facilities in the kitchen, which allowed us to cook our own meals. we appreciated the freedom to come and go as we pleased, even during the night. The common living room area was also very nice, with board games and a TV.

best hostel ever! staff went above and beyond to make it cozy and homey. 12 euros for this value is unbelievable. great location, close to everything. cleaner lady and attendant were so helpful. simple but enjoyable breakfast. loved the living room. thank you!

The staff was friendly and cute, making us feel right at home. They even upgraded our room for free. The rooms were comfortable and the lounge area was cozy, perfect for socializing with the other guests. The communal bathroom, toilets, and kitchen were all kept very clean. The location of this hostel was excellent, as it was within walking distance to everything. the staff was very communicative and helpful, providing us with information on free parking and nearby transportation options. the cleanliness, hotel facilities, parking, transportation, location, and helpfulness of the staff were all really good.

the hostel was fantastic - great staff, delicious breakfast, and spotless cleanliness. the central location made it easy to explore sintra on foot. especially loved the helpfulness of the staff, especially marta who went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect.

The owners were friendly and cute, making me feel right at home. The bunk beds were really unique and added a cool touch to the room. The breakfast, although not extravagant, was decent. The hotel had plenty of space, which I found really great.

the staff at portuguese hostel in sintra were incredibly helpful and fluent in english. they provided great recommendations for shops and places to visit. we had access to all kitchen facilities and enjoyed the freedom to come and go as we pleased. overall, the experience exceeded our expectations.
